I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues playing Pokemon TCGO. I would recommend that you submit a ticket to the support team so that they can look into this matter. To submit a ticket, you can click on the Support Tab or visit support.pokemon.com (you will need to be logged in to submit a ticket.). Click on the "Ask a Question" link and you will be directed to the ticket portal where you can send in this issue to the Support Team.
