I bought my first Amazing Rare Yveltal but how good is it compared to this build?

I was looking at a few online decks online after i spotted a Amazing Rare Yveltal at my pokemon card shop but how good are most of them deck actually? Is it too slow for the current meta?

The one i saw has the following along with a tons of items, and few supporters, 4 Twin Energies and 10 other energies.
Amazing Rare Yveltal x4
Mew (Mysterious Rare Ability) x4
Crobat V x1
Xerneas x4 (Breath of Light move from Celebreations)

You say this like "tons of items, a few supporters," and "10 other energies" aren't important to judging the deck. The trainers are more important than the Pokemon in determining the strength of a deck.

 

You are asking this question as it relates to "the current meta" but judging from your other posts, I don't think you need to worry about the competitive tournament meta. Focus on making your deck as consistent as possible, then worry about the meta.
