Will Support "Agents" tell you if your reported Bug was not actually a bug?

I'm wondering if anyone who has filed a Game Bug ticket has had them reply with a clear answer whether what they experienced was or was not a bug.


When I filed a ticket they said it was a "known issue" yet I could find no mention of anything resembling it in the known issues & patch notes.

Their reply says to update the ticket if you have questions so I asked some questions to try and get some clarity.

They made no attempt to answer my questions but replied with the exact same word for word initial "known issue" response.


Has anyone had them tell you that your reported bug was a normal rules interaction?

Do they only refer to bugs as known issues ?
