I know it needs vmax and it's energy efficient and fast striking for expanded pvp lost twice out of 35 games. But I know there's pro deck builders out there and just looking for advice plz.

Luckily for you, I can give some advice that will surely help you. But let's break the deck down a bit for you to get a better understanding.

It's clear you like Pikachu, however you have so many different copies of this card, why not take time to thin down your line a bit to make things easier. For example:

##Pokémon - 20

* 4 Magnemite FLI 34
* 4 Pikachu HIF 19
* 1 Magneton FLI 35
* 2 Raichu UNB 55
* 2 Raichu SSH 66
* 1 Raichu-GX HIF 20
* 4 Magnezone FLI 36

Although I may of increased your count, I also thinned your deck down to the cards you want.

Let me know if you ever want to test against me in a friendly match, I'll private message you over the forums soon. But feel free to ask questions. Have a great day!

Welcome.

You have a high Pokémon account and although they could stay, the deck needs to work with 14 energies, as very crazy much.

On the other side, you're missing a minimum of 7 or 8 more trainers. 30 to 36 it's the common to make a deck work.

The Pokémon lines need to be thicker. If you have just 1 of a Pokémon, find it amongst a pile of 40 at the right time will be near to impossible. If you have 3 or 4 of it, you multiply the chances. Consistency it's the key.

The Stage 2 lines use to have Sandglass shape. As the goal is the Stage 2 and you don't plan to do anything with the Stage 1, jump over it with Rare candy it's the strategy to follow. If you see how SlyFive did the counts, it's a 4-1-4 (Basic-St1-St2). That would require 4 Rare candy. Could also be a 3-1-3 with 3 or 4 Candies and some recovering item (Rescue stretcher, Super Rod, Ordinary rod, etc).

As for Supporters, Steven, but specially Cilan, are ultra mega bad. I'd go with more Prof letter instead but whatever you do, Lady is better than Cilan.

Add the VS Seeker you have in collection. Trade for 3 more.

Check what Ace spec are just to know and think to get some of them for the future. 1 of them must be in absolutely every Expanded deck.

A Staple core of Expanded Supporters include: 2-3 Prof Juniper/Sycamore/Research. N and Marnie, 2 to 3, at your choice. 1 or 2 Lysandre/Boss's orders and/or Guzma. This all with VS seeker. Some people play 3, but the best is 4.

Some of the most played Items are : Field blower, Rescue stretcher, Super rod (Or ordinary rod). 2 stadiums and a Blower could work, specially if you play Chaotic swell (that is really a counterstadium). But if you can play 3, do it.

And then Balls, tons of balls. Quick ball and Level ball are the more used. For evos, Incense evolution. For anything, Ultra ball. If just basics, Nest ball. Volkner can find any ball (item).

To accelerate energy charging, Max elixir is used in 13-14 energies decks.

Personally I don't thin any of the Raichu you play are very good at all. I'd take a look to Raichu & Alolan Raichu (in short Rai2 or RaiRai) and I'd add some switching cards to make the combo great.

Starting in the game it's a lot to learn but, go step by step and have fun!

I edited your list based on Chasista's advice so you could get an idea what it might look like

##Pokémon - 10 This may be a little slim on pokemon but I just trimmed what you had and added 1 more magnemite and magnezone , this is the 3-1-3 Chasista was talking about.

* 3 Magnemite FLI 34

* 1 Magneton FLI 35

* 3 Magnezone FLI 36

* 2 Pikachu & Zekrom-GX PR-SM 168
* 1 Pikachu V PR-SW 61

##Trainer Cards - 36 Lots of trainers, could be trimmed just a little to add a few more pokemon if you like.

maybe not enough balls...

* 2 Nest Ball SUM 123
* 2 Level Ball AOR 76

Supporters:

This is a discard your hand and draw 7, the best draw card available (Professor Sycamore and Professor Juniper are the same)

* 3 Professor's Research SSH 178

* 2 Fisherman CES 130
* 2 Volkner UPR 135
* 2 Boss's Orders SHF 58 <---same thing as Lysandre or you could use Guzma instead
* 2 Lady FLI 109 <--- Better than Cilan but maybe not needed with 4 professor's letters and draw 7 supporters

These 2 are to disrupt your opponent's hand

* 1 Marnie SSH 169
* 1 N FCO 105

* 4 VS Seeker PHF 109 <--- Very important expanded staple card (you might only have 1 in your collection, definitely worth trading to get 3 more copies)

Since these are only used for the Magnezone these evolution items might be enough

* 2 Evolution Incense SSH 163 <---this one works good with the rare candy

* 1 Evosoda GEN 62

* 3 Rare Candy SUM 129

Here is the best choice ACE SPEC...they can be hard to get (add another ball in it's place if you can't get it or add a different ACE SPEC if you can get one that works for your deck)

* 1 Computer Search BCR 137

* 4 Professor's Letter BKT 146  <-- to get energy to hand for magnezone

* 2 Electropower LOT 232
* 2 Revive EVO 85

##Energy - 14   Plenty of energy

* 14 Lightning Energy Energy 4

Total Cards - 60

I hope this is not too confusing and helps a bit.
