Card Problem: Wobbuffet XY—Phantom Forces 036 [Ability-block Ability works when not Active]

Dear Pokemon TCGO gurus,

The Wobbuffet Phantom Forces 036 card seems to be broken right now in PTCGO. It’s ability Bide Barricade should only work when its Active, but it works even from the bench. This card:

Alternately, it’s possible a copy of this card set a game state while Active while erroneously persisted after it was KO’d. Hard to know. I’ll paste a full game log below for anybody who wants to try to figure out what’s going on or reproduce, if they have the cards.

Summary: Opponent started the game with one Wobbuffet-PF036 in the Active spot, which my Marshadow-GX eventually KO’d with his own attack Beatdown… at which point opponent began a seemingly pointless stall game with Roboblockers protecting a second Wobbuffet-PF036 on his bench, which as far as I could tell was turning off all the abilities of my cards in play (notably Marshadow-GX and Phione on the bench). While eventually the opponent eventually conceded (against the run of play, I couldn’t have won the game) it was my general impression the opponent knew the Wobbuffet-PF036 card/gameplay is buggy, and was exploiting the situation with their plays and overall deck construction.

I also had to mute them as they spammed angry red face continuously for no reason from the moment the game started. While I try to give everybody the benefit of the doubt, things like this are bad for the community, the brand, the game, and players everywhere… so I feel like we should try to get to the bottom of this rather than let them continue exploiting a bugged card, or a game engine mis-handling of the situation.

Thoughts?

If you are this annoying player, please feel free to contact me directly (or publicly) and explain why I’m mis-reading you, and your deck and play style. I’ll allow for the possibilities you are some kind of wizard world-class Pokemon player who played some incredibly rare invisible card that blocks abilities for the entire game; or that I’m just a ***** who missed something obvious, and is making a big deal out of nothing. 🤔

If it’s useful to have the entire Debug log here, please let me know. It’s so huge, I omitted unless needed.

I took a photo of the game board which shows abilities turned off even though there’s no Wobbuffet in the active. Are imgur links allowed?

No. That's only for Support, in case you send the report to them investigate if a bug. If so, send the whole thing: https://support.pokemon.com/

Here, the Log is enough and the Debug completely useless.
