Mod Mute with no Email

Im doing a lot of trading and just got muted in the middle of a trade for no reason.

 

Help Please

I recommend double checking your inbox and spam folder. If you still don't see an email, submit a ticket by visiting support.pokemon.com, logging in, selecting the Pokémon TCG Online category and clicking "Contact Us".
