Muted for an unknown reason and can't resolve the problem

I keep receiving the message- Your account has been Muted by a Moderator. Please check the email address  associated with your account for additional information. I never received an email regarding why I was muted or how to resolve the issue. I couldn't find a place to contact the support team.
