wanting to make expanded MILL deck

Durant is the best when it comes to straight Mill. There are other things like Bunnelby Cinccino or Florges Dolls but they are Control and Stall. The capitals in your title give me the impression that you want mill, so Durant is the way to go. Here is a couple of sample lists:

Both lists revolve around using Random Receiver, Clay and Green's Exploration to draw cards. Life Dew is the life force of this deck as you are able to recycle it with Lana's Fishing Rod and use Green's to search it back out.

The first list uses cards like Enhanced Hammer, Counter Catcher, Field Blower and Target Whistle to try and buy additional turns and make the opponent burn cards to get around them. One of the weaknesses of Durant is your opponent sitting back and not playing anything until they have a large hand, then just playing N and putting all those cards back in the deck. You play your own N but for a different reason. If you can play N in combination with Counter Catcher to bring up a Pokemon with high retreat cost (achievable with Target Whistle), you can potentially buy several turns to Mill cards.

The second list is focused more on Mill. Trick Shovel and Cursed Shovel both work in that sense. You aren't always going to have Life Dew attached so on those turns you might as well force your opponent to either burn a Field Blower or Guzma, which is good because they aren't using it on your Life Dew, or mill 2 extra cards of their own deck.

Metal Goggles are there for spread decks. You will always have 2 Durant just sitting on the bench and you don't want Dragapult Vmax or Salamence V to completely destroy them.

An option for the opponent's N problem is Durant Flashfire. For one energy you can discard random cards from your opponent's hand until they have just 4 cards remaining. This card can sometimes be annoying if you start with it but late game, especially with Counter Catcher or Enhanced Hammer, it could be deadly.

I love these decks, glad someone else wants to play them rather than dislike them! 😀

Hope this helps!

I got 500 points any idea if any theme deck would help me on either list?

You're able to obtain 3 copies of Durant NVI from one theme deck, the Furious Knights Theme Deck, I believe. From Sun and Moon Era Theme Decks, you'll be able to obtain Rescue Stretcher and Nest Ball. Many of the other Trainers will be more difficult to get, you'll likely have to trade to obtain them. However, they should be relatively cheap (with the exception of Life Dew and Trick Shovel), it shouldn't be too difficult.
