[ACCOUNT] Code already redeemed on a different account?

Just opened 20 packs, 1 of the code cards claim to already have been redeemed on a different account. How is this even possible and how do I get this resolved?

Hello Zeriu,

 

Please submit a ticket to our Support Team by visiting support.pokemon.com, signing in, selecting the Pokémon TCG Online category and then clicking "Contact Us". Please be sure to include photos of your code card and the entire code typed out.
