What cards make up a good water deck

A good water deck, or a good deck in general, is based around pulling off a combination consistently. Goldeen and Psyduck is a start, but you need to figure out what the main concept of your deck is, what are you trying to do? One goal, for example, would be to use Seaking SSH's Ripping Horn attack to discard as much energy as possible from your opponent's Active Pokemon. After you've identified your goal, start filling your deck with cards that will help you accomplish that goal, for instance, Crushing Hammer and Glimwood Tangle. Don't forget to run plenty of normal consistency cards like Professor's Research and Quick Ball, which will increase the probability of you finding the pieces you need to pull off your combo. Run the amount of Energy that is necessary for your deck, an attacking deck with attack costs ranging from 2-3 will likely include 10-12 Energy while a deck like Seaking SSH would probably only require 5-7. Use the remaining space for other cards that either further boost consistency or help you in some (but not necessarily all) matchups, for example, running 1 copy of Giratina UNM.
