[ACCOUNT] Other - Can’t emote any more/Muted

Just starting today, any time I try to emote it says your account has been muted, please check the email associated with your Pokémon account for more information. I checked my email and I didn’t get any emails about why I would have been muted? I didn’t even know this was a thing, can someone explain what I did to get muted?
