AFK'ing in Legacy

Why do people AFK in a match? I recently built myself a nice legacy deck and have been trying to play it but a lot of people either concede at the beginning or AFK the entire match until it forces them to concede.

Why do it at all?

The reason why people concede at the beginning of the game is the Gentleman's Agreement (commonly abbreviated to Genting). Basically, the way it works is whoever wins the coin flip says 'Well played!' to signal to the other player to concede. It used to be an easy way to farm points, but Genting has been banned.

If people AFK, they are trying to annoy you into conceding the game.
