Account Suspension

Hello, recently I discovered that my account was suspended, I would like to know why because I don't think I've done anything wrong. I've messaged support, but I haven't heard anything back. How long does it take for them to get back to you? Also, do they usually, email you in regards to the suspension? I haven't gotten any emails in that regard so I wonder, and I would be really devastated because I've had that account for years now. Finally, will the suspension be permanent? :(

I would recommend waiting to hear back from our support team  regarding your issue. If it's been a few days and you haven't heard back, you may want to send in another support ticket. Once you follow the link, select the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online. From there just click "Contact Us" to file a ticket.
