Really hope there is a fix soon.... first time in 3 month that I haven't played for a whole day !!! 

Is there any news mods ??? Is there going to be a fix for windows 10 32 bit ???? 

same problem for me.

I've played this on my computer since 2018 and the last update has broken it.

Please, IMHO, the game need a hot fix for all the ppl how have this issue .

Ever since the most recent update I have been unable to load the game on my Mac. It works on my iPad, but after attempting to log in on my desktop computer I get the error message "Could not reach Pokemon login service. Please try again in a minute." I have tried deleting and reinstalling and have had no success. I am running Mojave 10.13.3

I appreciate any help!

Tried reinstalling by following the directions but all in vain. I'm getting the error "This app can't run on this PC". Any pointers or help will be very much appreciated. My PC's a Windows 8.1 32-bit one.

Since the update, my game no longer opens, the message appears:

Aversion of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows running. Consult your computer's system information to see if you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program and contact the software publisher.

I do not know what to do.

I already desistanlei the game and downloaded the program again from the site and the same message appears.

Please help me.

me paso lo mismo , por favor una solucion, ya probe todas las maneras que ***ieron en un post similar de hace un año y nada, instale desinstale puse refresh pero nada

Same here mate, Windows 7 x86 (32-Bit) PC. it seems there are some issues regarding to this latest updates. None of these steps below has solved the issues:

 

1. download Installer while VPN off: checked, no results

2. Uninstalling and re-installing a couple of times: checked, no results

3. delete Unity Folder on C  : Users/appdata/localLow : checked, no results

4. turn off your firewall then acces the PokemonTCGO Launcher: checked, no results

 

unless the development team has decided to fixed this for 64-bit computers from now on, then goodbye 32-bit users.

i have tested the game launched on my brother 64 Bit Windows 7 and my 64-bit windows 10 laptop, smoothly running well, no problem. so i thought the problem is in your Windows architecture of OS, not the version of the Windows. sad though......
