Change Log

Mar. 11, 2020

  • Added: Aqua Diffuser (DCR #23): The text on the Spanish card image says "Magma" instead of "Aqua".
  • Added: Double Dragon Energy (ROS #97): Using your once-per-turn Energy attachment prevents Double Dragon Energy from being attached from the hand by an effect for the remainder of the turn.
  • Added: Island Challenge Amulet (CEC #194, 25): Island Challenge Amulet's Prize card reduction effect is not removed after an effect shuffles it into the deck but leaves the Pokémon it was attached to in play.
  • Added: Ordinary Rod (SSH #171, 215): The German card image is missing the "or both" text.
  • Added: Pyukumuku (UNB #53): When a Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from Surprise Fist while the bonus effect of Arceus & Dialga & Palkia-GX's Altered Creation GX attack is active the attacking player does not take an extra Prize card.
  • Added: Ribombee (LOT #146): Attaching Stealthy Hood (UNB #186) to this card causes the match to crash.
  • Added: Stealthy Hood (UNB #186): Attaching this card to Ribombee (LOT #146) causes the match to crash.
  • Added: Triple Acceleration Energy (UNB #190, 234): Using your once-per-turn Energy attachment prevents Triple Acceleration Energy from being attached from the hand by an effect for the remainder of the turn.
  • Added: Playing a Stadium card from your hand immediately after selecting and then deselecting your Active Pokémon causes the Stadium card to remain floating above the game board and prevents you from taking any further actions until the beginning of your next turn.
  • Added: MacOS users may experience a client crash when launching the QR Reader to scan code cards unless they explicitly grant the game client access to their camera from their devices System Preferences > Security & Privacy menu.
  • Updated: Turtonator (BUS #26): Damage from the Flame Cloak attack is not listed in the game log. The game log does not consistently show the amount of damage done by attacks with an effect that requires the attacking player to make a choice after doing damage.

General

  • An error may occur when attempting to uninstall the game via the Control Panel when installed in any language other than English. Running the Installer and selecting "Uninstall" will resolve the issue.
  • The PC client uses more that the intended amount of system memory when logging out of and back into the game without first closing and relaunching the client.

Gameplay: General

  • The border of the GX attack button on a TAG TEAM Pokémon-GX does not consistently change to gold when the requirements to gain the attack bonus have been met.
  • The game log does not consistently show the amount of damage done by attacks with an effect that requires the attacking player to make a choice after doing damage.

Gameplay: Versus

  • Some players may not appear on the Leaderboards website despite having earned Versus points during the time frame selected.

Gameplay: Events

  • While the Versus screen's format selector is set to Expanded, navigating from that screen to the Events screen can cause Standard-legal decks containing cards banned in the Expanded format to be flagged as ineligible for use in a Standard tournament. Navigating to the Versus screen, changing the format selector to Standard, and then navigating back to the Events screen will allow the affected decks to be used in a Standard tournament.

Cards: Collection

  • The pack type for unopened theme decks is Bundle Pack, rather than Theme Deck.

Cards: Deck Manager

  • Deck stats don't update until after logging out and back in to the client, and losses are not consistently tracked.

Cards: Trading

  • Clicking on the dark blue background around the Collection Number text entry field in the Card Filters window causes that field to become disabled until the Reset button is clicked.
  • While an avatar item is equipped any additional, tradable copies of that item in the Collection cannot be included in a trade offer.
