[GENERAL] Pokemon code redeem not allowing me to redeem codes.

I tried to enter some new code cards I got and the redeem code page just said to try again later. I waited for about a hour and still not working.

I'm sorry to hear you run into this problem. 

 

Please remember that in order to redeem the cards, you need to be logged into a TCG Online account. 

 

If you go to pokemon.com and use your TCG Online username and password, you will be logged in. That is your Trainer Club Account.

 

I've updated the title of your topic with the correct category.

Tried all of the above already and also at least 10 Different codes. All gave me the same error.

A Ticket has been submitted

Also happenes to already used codes. Same error instead of "code already used"

Hello. Thank you for your reply. I logged into my trainer account like I normally do to redeem codes and it still won’t work. I tried it on 3 different devices.

 

I think the websites server might just have a bug because I’ve tried all different types of codes(pack codes and online codes) and still won’t work.

Found a workaround.

 

i installed the PC client and added the codes in there.. works

 

what does still not work is adding them online on the site.

If @Echoflame95 continue experiencing issues after trying this out, I suggest reaching out to the support team by clicking the link to the support portal in my signature,

 

signing in on the top right side of the page, then selecting the TCGO category and clicking Contact Us.

Please create a support ticket if you are still experiencing this issue. It may also be helpful to include your codes and a screen shot of any error messages you see with your ticket.

You can create a ticket by clicking the link in my signature, selecting the PTCGO option, and then selecting "Contact Us".
