Welcome.

 

Fast tips, 20-20-20 is bad. Go for 15-30-15.

Add staple trainers. Trade for the ones you miss.

A main attacker, 3 or 4 copies. Some support pokémon to make it better (hit harder, heal it, poison opponent... whatever)

Cheren, Tieno and Ether (unless you can make the next card be an energy) are bad cards. P Center lady and Hand charm are not competitive.

You can check the rest of replies too to have a wider point of view. Notice it's a review of a different deck so some tips are for different cards. Either way the general tips are for any Expanded (or Standard) deck.
