Theme packs tradeable or not?

Does anyone know what the rule is when trading for theme decks? I am trying to collect one of each in tradeable format but some of them will automatically open upon trade completion. It appears that the same deck will not open automatically another time. Same goes for some bundles. Is there something I'm missing here? What determines whether they open or not, and how do I trade for them in a way that they remain tradeable? Also if some always open how are they on offer in the first place?

The first of every Themedeck you get will automatically open. All other (the second, etc.) will not open automatically.

So to get every themedeck in your collection you need to get every themedeck twice. Most of the themedecks are buyable in the ingame shop for tokens.

the only tradable thing you can get with tokens are the pikachu box and contents
