Do Double Colorless Energies (or other multiple energies like double rainbow) count as one Energy?

I just pulled a Whimsicott GX from an Unbroken Bonds pack, and I'm wondering what counts as Energy for its attack:

 

Energy Blow: 10+ damage.

This attack does 30 more damage times the amount of Energy attached to this Pokémon.

 

Do Double Colorless, Triple Acceleration, Double Rainbow, or anything of the sort count as as much energy as they provide, or only as 1 Energy (in this case)?

The general rule of thumb is to pay attention to whether the wording (Attack, Ability, whatever) says Energy or Energy Card.  In the case you're asking about, yes, Energy Cards that have multiple Energy would count for Whimsicott GX's attack (Double Colorless is 2, etc.).
