Expanded meta counter budget deck

Hello, all. I have recently been messing with this deck and I think it might serve as a good budget deck for new players if they play expanded. Here is the list:

The deck focuses on home ground dugtrio which hits hard on darkness, lightning, and normal types, which the former two are the most common archetypes in expanded. Eeveelutions (flare and aqua effect) further help you out against fire, grass, and steel decks to hit for weaknesses. Focus sash gives you a fair matchup against single prize attackers, especially night march.The list is super consistent and players should get decent wins with this deck. 

 

This deck is weak against spread decks like trevenant though, but its not that popular anymore so you shouldn't face it that often.

Maybe 5 stadiums is too much? It's uncommon you're going to use all of them or even 4 in many games. Four stadiums and an Ace spec would be great. I know you said budget but any Expanded should include an Ace spec, even a budget one

 

For the rest, seems pretty funny at first sight.
