[GENERAL] Other - Returned to missing items

Okay i used to play this a lot a few years ago but due to my pc dying i was unable to get back on the horse until recently and upon checking my items i noticed SEVERAL of my prized cards missing and my overall card count dramatically cut down. some of my noticeable missing ex cards: secret rare primal kyogre, secret rare primal groudon, normal primal groudon, normal primal kyogre, mega mewtwo x and y, chandelure, mega rayquaza, and many more that i cannot even fathom to remember as its been so long. i just want to know how i can get my items back because of sentimental value and real world value, hundreds if not thousands of dollars in real world pack and tin purchases to get these cards and now they are gone. can someone please help me out?

if it helps last time i played was the xy fates collide/generations sets where out if memory serves correct

If logging in/out a few times hasn't resolved the issue with missing items, you may be signed into the wrong account In this case, please check to see if you have another account that may have your collection. You could also submit a ticket with our support team for further assistance as well.  They should be able to look into this a little further for you.
