[GAME] Packs vanishing

Today I bought 5 UB packs from the store and when I opened one all of the rest disappeared and I couldn't find them. Again, I got two packs from the versus reward challenge and when I opened one, the other one was not there. Seriously stop making these silly programming mistakes and please stop sending me the response to reinstall the game every time. Now, thank you very much for your time and understanding.
