Bringing some older decks up to date

So I am still getting back into the game and I looked for some deck builds that fit with my interests, but the ones I found were put out up to a year ago so some new expansions have come and I know they aren't living up to their full potential. I favor decks built around different eeveeloutions.

Vaporeon-GX: I like this one, it plays well and is fun and all, but I think it has room for improvement. P.S. Marshadow is basically just there because it can be used with a supporter for card draws in the same turn.

Flareon-GX: This one is a year old and really missing out on some of the new cards fire decks have gotten in recent expansions. Also, I don't like the champion's festivals. I like to build physical copies of my best decks and 3 copies of a $100 card is ridiculous.

Jolteon-GX: This one is not as badly out of date as Flareon, but it's build was put out a few weeks before the electro charger card came out and maybe a few others of note too, so I know electrochargers need to be worked in at least.
