How do I pick up the Avatar Collection box I just bought?

I just bought the Avatar Collection box but when I went to Collections in the Avatar customization screen, it said  I didn't have any. It took the coins but I can't find where it went.

You have to open the little boxes one at a time.  They should be in >Collection >Packs.
