[GENERAL] Other - Lost all of my progress

So I downloaded this game to try it out, and decided I liked so I upgraded to a full account...however I lost all of my progress in doing this. I completed the three basic decks and had enough coin to acquire a new theme deck. When I upgraded all the progress was removed and I literally had to start over which has made this a horrible experience. Is there anyway I can have that progress transferred over?? I really do feel like I wasted my time now. Which is too bad cuz I actually started enjoying the game. Help please.
