Changing my trainer club screen name

Can someone tell me how to change trainer  club account screen name

In most cases, they don't allow anyone to change their screen name.  Why?  I don't have a clue.

 

The two exceptions they make is (1) the name discloses privacy details, or (2) is not family friendly.  With your first name included (I'm guessing), you probably have a good shot at getting it changed.  There is only one way to do it though.  You'll need to submit a Support Ticket, and request it.

 

>>  Click Customer Service at the bottom of any page.

>>  Once in the Support Portal, sign in (upper right).

>>  Go to the Trainer Club / Account page.

>>  Start the process by clicking Contact Us.
