Theme decks partition

Hi i dont know is someone dont try this before but what about some partition in theme deck p vs. p mode like from the oldest ones to newest every 6 decks will be able to play together or there will be extra option all deck (like it is now) whitch players will be able to choose. Since there is like only 2 decks almost everyone play and its impossible to play the older or even the oldest decks what is now not relly fun to play and its more like for rewards only i think like this it will be more fun since it will be possible to play with a lot more theme decks what is impossible now rather to try ban relentless flame etc. what do you guys think about this and is something like this even possible ? (And sorry for my english)

This amounts to creating multiple theme formats.

 

There currently aren't enough players to support more formats, as far as anyone can tell. If more people were playing other decks... well, more people would be playing them, and the problem would solve itself.

Well what i think is peoples dont play them because they will have no chance so instead of loosing every match they just stop play or play the same decks like others what is reasonable this will (i think) bring more players who dont want to play just few decks but will be able to play every theme deck there is nobody will just start to play them and hope that one in every 100 matches will oponent have older deck more like developers will have to help with some option like this one whitch will be nice.

They would really only need to have two Theme Deck formats.  Most times, theme deck matches start almost immediately on the VS Ladder.  I'm guessing there are plenty of players to accommodate this idea.

 

Classic Format >>  HGSS, BW, and XY decks ONLY.  This would be for older decks, because they just can't compete with the newer ones, unless they happen to start with a "God-hand" or are typed against Weakness.  This would allow for the 59 officially released Theme Decks in this format, plus another 18 or so from various sources (built-in, etc.).  With 75+ decks to choose from, this would be fun.

 

Current Format >>  All theme decks.  Although it would be dominated by the SM-era decks, the adventurous could still play their older decks for Daily Challenges, etc.

Well i guess that will be at least something and will be possible to use even older decks what is impossible now and its shame that from all of the decks is possible to use something about 4-5 of them but its even possible they will do something like this or just let the older decks be useless ?

Since they also removed legacy tournaments, I think they don't care either for old theme decks...
