(Among English-speaking Pokémon TCG players, "broken" is slang for something so good it deserves to be banned.  You're reminding me why that is so confusing. XD)

Seems like she's reporting a bug. I think I saw a few other posts reporting the same thing. A gamelog would be helpful, if you could provide the support team with one.

At this point, he doesn't need to submit a game log, or do any further posts about it.  This major bug (with Seismitoad) has been reported multiple times, and is already recognized in the Known Issues list.

 

The only question we still have is why hasn't it been temporarily banned?  Quaking Punch is usually a decent deck, but now instead of blocking just Item cards, it also is preventing Supporters and Stadiums from being played.  ...Wicked bug.

Yeah, such a big bug should get the card temporarily banned asap, with a follow-up hotfix comming soon. No idea why it hasn't been disabled yet.
