If you're talking about playing against a Battle Mind deck, it's actually +30 damage that all of their Pokémon may be doing.  It's supposed to work that way.  Even if you don't own this Theme Deck, you can view it in the game's Shop.  Once they get Incineroar evolved on the Bench, they normally use his Ability (adding +30 damage) and attack with Mewtwo, Darmanitan, and Turtonator.
