Created decks in trainer challenges

I have been creating decks and have been testing them out. I wanted to use a few of them during trainer challenges, however I am limited to using the three decks they give you and none else. Is there a way to change it so you can use created decks?

No, but you can use theme decks

You can test your decks against the same AI from within Deck Manager.

 

The Trainer Challenge is about beating them using theme decks, so that's all you can use.
