[GENERAL] Other - Can't Update Profile Picture Issue

Hi all,

 

I have posted a thread concerning an issue about being able to update my profile picture here on the forums and no one responded.  This is very frustrating as I want to be able to add a profile picture but there is no option to do so as it gives me a blank screen when I click on the photo icon.  

 

I would appreciate a response as soon as possible.  

 

I am on Google Chrome on an iMac.

Same for me.

I've tried with Chrome ,  Edge and Internet Explorer with Windows 10.

 

But I think this feature was removed.

When I click on "Modify the profile", there's a message "No personnalisation is avalaible for the moment".

I'm not sure where to post this but this seems like the only spot. I cannot change my profile picture. All I see is Profile Picture and Continue when I press on the edit button. I checked the source html and all in the inputs are type='hidden'

I also see this error in my console: 

HTTP403: FORBIDDEN - The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. GET - https://forums.pokemontcg.com/profile/388310-dillonzer/

 

Let me know if this should be posted somewhere else.

Sorry, I don't have an answer, and I know you're not the only new player experiencing this.

 

A short time ago, they got rid of the Trainer Builder on the website.  This was officially announced beforehand.

 

This Trainer Builder would sync with PTCGO (the online game), although there were glitches.

 

It was my impression that the Avatar builder in PTCGO would simply replace this.  And your Avatar in the game would also be your Profile Picture here in the forums.

 

So basically, I'm just curious if this will work.  Have you built your Avatar in-game?

As far as I'm concerned, I have built my avatar ingame. 

But the profile pic is disabled.

Oh ? So, the profile picture is not disabled for new players ?

It seems we are a lot with the bug, then.

Has the issue been fixed yet? This is the most recent thread that appears on Google. 

I'd like to change my profile picture but I don't know how since it doesn't work choosing a picture on my profile and editing my profile is not possible either.
