[GENERAL] Game freezes half way through

This game is being bad to me. I get half way through the match and it just freezes. I am forced to quit. very frustrated trainer here!

Happens with VS Seeker and Super Rod as of now.

Hello WingsofFire1014, I'm sorry to hear you have been having some issues. Can you give us a little more information about the issue. Is your game freezing every match? Is it just freezing with certain cards? As a general suggestion I would suggest re-installing the game as that may help with your issue.

Also happens with rescue stretcher.  Times out without being able to use the card,   And upon next turn can not play any cards.

My game seems to be freezing every match. When it doesn't though, I usually have not played more than 1 VS Seeker and no Super Rod.

 

It also happens with Starmie's (EVO) Space Beacon ability.

 

Does re-installing delete your progress? It probably doesn't, just checking though.

Thank you for asking! Your cards and progress are stored on the servers, reinstalling the game will not do any harm.

I think that this could be a bigger problem as it seems to be happening to multiple people. Is there any way that you guys could investigate to check for a bug?

If the game iss freezing when you place a card, thats prob a bug. If it happens every time, it's probably a problem with your device.

This "bug" worries me a lot. I don't want to fish up the money to buy another computer. If you mods or devs could access my account and fix the problem that would be great! I will try to reinstall ASAP.
