Stadium Text: "Prevent all effects of the opponent's attack, including damage, done to Benched Pokémon. (both yours and your opponent's)."
Problems: When this stadium is in play I can't use the effect of the Spell tag, but it can be happen because the stadium just avoid damage from attacks of opponent's pokémon.

Is Spell Tag attached to a psychic pokémon?

 

Spell Tag effect is not from an attack. it's an effect resulting from a ko. Sky Pillar shouldn't avoid placing the damage counters but seems is taking the Spell Tag effect like the effect of an attack
