After a few months, I want to log in the account, but it fails. Even after I uninstall and download the game again and again.

Hi, I posted a thread regarding being able to update my profile picture or even add an avatar like yourself but I never heard a response back.  I enjoy this site so much, so it is frustrating that I'm not getting the answers I need so I able to be able to add and/or change my profile picture/avatar. 

 

Unless this is the wrong place to post a thread regarding this issue.  If so, can someone direct me to the right place please?
