[PC] Installation - Could not access network location error

When I go to download Pokémon TCG Online, it gives me an error stating "Could not access network location _/." While stuck on "Status: creating shortcuts".

I am unsure of what this means and can't find the same issue online, is there any way around this?

If you are still running into an issue when downloading the game, please reach out to the support team by clicking the link in my signature, selecting the "PTCGO" option, and then selecting "Contact Us". It may be helpful to also include a DxDiag file. The steps on how to grab that file can be found below. 

 

1. Click the Start button, type in "dxdiag".

2. Wait until "dxdiag.exe" appears and open it.

3. Click on "Save All Information".
