cant get pack ks from champion ship AI battles

so i have gotten 4 stars on all of the champion ship AI battles, i cant seem to get five stars, i really want those packs, how do i get them from the trianers, i have battles zac over 20 times and still no pack, seriously

There are only 4 stars on each trainer in each of the "leagues" there.

 

To get each one, you must defeat that trainer using a different deck.

 

That means a minimum of 4 decks are required to get all the prizes.

 

There are 3 decks given to you for this purpose.

 

You must use 500 coins you've earned to get a 4th deck from the shop.

 

There is discussion in this forum on which of the theme decks are best.

Just to clarify: if you take a Theme Deck you purchased with Tokens from the in-game shop or that you received via redemption code and win with it 12 times in the Trainer Challenge, you should get a booster pack as a reward.  There will even be a little gauge on the deck select screen for the Trainer Challenge letting you know how close you are to doing this.

 

I don't think it has anything to do with the Stars; that is a separate reward system.  You can't earn more than four stars (per CPU Trainer).  It has been a while since I completed it, however, so I could be mistaken.

I went in and looked before answering, to confirm they hadn't added a fifth star.

While the star victories will count toward the "12 trainers beaten" reward, and you'll gain stars (if incomplete) while working on the 12 victories, the two are separate.

 

Note: the 12 wins thing isn't there for the starter decks; for those you need 7 wins to fully unlock the deck.

For the Trainer Challenge, that's a good choice.  The A.I. characters won't stand a chance.
