Looking for Advice for my Gardevoir Sylveon deck

So this is the list I've been running.  It does ok but I feel like it's lacking something.  Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on what I could/should change?

I'm just recently back in the game, so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but I do have some questions about these lists.

• Is one choice band really worth it?  It's the kind of card you usually want at a specific time, and with one copy it seems unlikely you'll find it.  Of course, Green could get it for you, but it seems she's more of an early game card, and you usually want the band a bit later.
• Does your stadium situation work out well enough?  Masirus, your list only has two cards to replace opposing stadiums with, which seems risky with the current meta.  Dillonzer, you've got more, but the seems uncohesive to me.  Would it be better to choose one (plus the labyrinth) and run more copies, or is the diversity worth it?
• Do you think you've got enough fairy charm?  Most lists I've seen run more.  Again, though I don't know what's ideal for your decks.
• Would having a lot of Surge be beneficial?  Since you can use mismagius to manipulate the prize lead, he should be very consistently helpful in this deck- if he's in any way necessary.
