You can fit 4 Cards with the same name. I’ll try to help with the other questions but I’m not really sure what your cards say.

I would "forget" about Battle mind and make a kind of ReshiZard deck with the cards you have, not a Meta version (Competitive for sanctioned tournaments) but half way.

You need staple trainers. You can check the next link for a bunch of Standard tips: https://forums.pokemontcg.com/topic/69249-how-to-improve-or-get-a-stronger-deck/?tab=comments#comment-617579

Check full thread for more tips and Expanded too.

You can get a lot of Trainers, staple included, from Themes. To check the best to play and the best to get good cards: https://forums.pokemontcg.com/topic/70032-theme-decks/?tab=comments#comment-620789

From the Unbroken bonds Themes, you can get another Battle mind for 4 Welder total in collection. But maybe you want to go first for the Guzma, Cynthia, more Lillie, Field blower, Rescue stretcher, Nest... at the end you want to end having 1 of each Theme and 2 of some, specially when new sets are released and include interesting last set trainers. You must choose which ones to get first.

Here you have a list of a "cheap" ReshiZard Standard deck. Won Santa Clara Regional +400 players) a couple weeks ago or so.

Pokemon - 7

2 Reshiram & Charizard-GX UNB 20

4 Volcanion UNB 25
1 Eevee & Snorlax-GX TEU 120

Trainer - 42
4 Welder UNB 189
4 Green's Exploration UNB 175
2 Guzma BUS 115

1 Acerola BUS 112

1 Judge BKT 143
1 Lt. Surge's Strategy UNB 178

2 Professor Kukui SUM 128

4 Nest Ball SUM 123

4 Pokegear 3.0 UNB 182
4 Custom Catcher LOT 171
3 Fire Crystal UNB 173
2 Fiery Flint DRM 60
1 Field Blower GRI 125
1 Switch SUM 132
1 Max Potion GRI 128
1 Rescue Stretcher GRI 130
1 Stealthy Hood UNB 186

2 Choice Band GRI 121

2 Power Plant UNB 183
1 Heat Factory Prism Star LOT 178

Energy - 11
11 Fire Energy 2

Volcanion is around 2,5 UNB packs now. The rest can be gotten easily without spending a lot but the Fiery flint maybe that are also around 3 packs each, more or less I think. Pretty overvalued card IMO.

You must trade for what you're missing little by little, getting the trainers first (most of the trainers can be gotten offering another trainer of same rarity in exchange). I would say to replace the Volcanions you're missing with other fire pokémon like Salazzle (but it's a Stage 1, not Basic like Volcanion) or the dragon Turtonator (but you need to discard a lot so maybe doesn't fit the strategy) The deck is so straight that I'm not sure if will work with just 2 Volcanion. Maybe you can add more Rescue stretchers to make it come back from discard. Another Judge can come handy and/or a Marshadow SHL 45 because with so low basics count  you will be prone to concede some mulligan at the beginning of each game. You can check more lists in the net to get different ideas of ReshiZard decks and make your variant.

I generally find the best way to go is to buy two of the same starter deck and build a deck from the two of them.

The general strategy is to have a handful of pokemon and energy, and have most of the deck be trainer cards. The reason being that you want to use the trainers to help make sure you get your pokemon and energy out onto the field quickly.

Theme decks you buy tend to have 4 of each common card in them but only 2 of each of the strongest cards in them, so getting two of the same gets you to having 4 of each of most of the strongest cards in the deck, as well as some extras of the weaker ones if you plan to build a second deck.

Basically just merge the decks by changing their composition to be more trainer and evolution heavy. Then throw in trainers that help you get those evolutions out on the field and powered up as fast and consistent as possible.

That is to be ignored if one already has everything needed/ will get rest easily for competitive reshizard deck. I would go with list Chasista suggested. Mewtwo gx isn't that great and you are only screwing yourself over by being forced to play psychic energies. Same goes for muk tag team. 22 energies overall is far more than needed, stick with 11-14, and only fire. Hau is just plain bad supporter.

Hi

As you've been told, Hau is not good. Remove it.

Then you have space for a 4th Welder/Saldatrice. I would add a 2nd Kiawe/Kawe. The Psy/Psico pokémon doesn't fit clearly in the deck strategy being fire/fuoco but starting 1st, getting a psy energy and then Kiawe, charges a Mewtwo GX to 150 damage, 180 if you can add an energy next turn or 210/240 if you can add+Welder and more if Choice band/Bendascelta.

Also MukMuk doesn't fit too much, but if you're able to switch it once opponent is poisoned, can be a fun tech. A couple Guzma/Guzman would come handy in addition to the Switch/Scambio.

Any of the Energy acquiring or keeping can be cool for this deck. You have a lot of choices: Rainbow brush/Pennello acrobaleno to change Pys to Fire or vice versa, Energy spinner/Spinner energetico, Energy loto/Lotteria energia, Energy switch/Scambio di energia, Energy retrieval/Recupero di energia and also Energy recycler/Riciclaggio de energia, Energy recycle system/Sistema di riciclo dell'energia,  Exp share/Condividi esperienza, Wishful baton/Testimone della speranza... In addition, not the best for the deck probably but also Viridian forest/Bosco smeraldo (Stadium/Stadio) because you need stadiums.

Add one Heat factory {*}/Fabbrica del fuoco {*} to the deck and another or a couple different stadiums. Power plant/Centrale elettrica could be cool. 1 Field blower/Spazzacampo is always useful. 1 Rescue stretcher/Barella is usually staple. A 3rd Fire crystal/Cristallo di fuoco could be nice to have.

I would try with around 12 fire energies and 4 psy. If you feel need it, a second DCE/Doppia.
