[GENERAL] Trouble logging in to tcgo

Using my new Samsung tab A...

 

Logged into site just fine, "Invalid password" in the game... 

 

Changed password, still no help...

 

Not sure if I need a ticket for this...

 

Can anyone else log in to site and game fine?

 

If site's ok, but not the game, then can anyone help me in terms of ensuring that everyone can log into the game like normal?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing login issues.

 

There are a couple of different possibilities why this may occur:

 

- please double check that you have signed into the correct account.

If you're signed into the correct account, but have not signed in for some time, the game may have archived your account.

 

- if you sign in using a new password but a wrong username. 

Retrieve your username and try again.

 

Should you still have issues, please contact support using the support portal link in my signature to submit a ticket. 

 

I'm also moving this thread to the Technical Support section and editing the title of your thread to reflect this sub's format.

I can log in fine now...

 

One extra space at the end of inputted username was the problem source. Once the space was deleted, I was able to get in.
