PTCGO does not load. It stays 0% on the blue loading screen where the Kanto starters and the bird trio are shown.

I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue.

 

I'd first recommend locating and running the Refresher.exe file located in your Pokémon TCG Online folder.

 

If that doesn't help, these solutions can be used alternatively:

 

Refresher Method:

Without uninstalling the game, download the latest installer from the TCG Online download page

Run the installer.

Find the folder in which you installed the game, named PokemonTradingCardGameOnline, and run the Refresher executable manually.

Run the game client and log in.

 

If after following all the steps, you are still unable to launch the game then please open a support ticket so our support team can look into this further for you.

 

To do so, click the support portal link in my signature and select the "Ask a Question" option after signing in.

Im having the same issue. 

 

Ever since the last update ive been unable to open the game. I always get to the 0% loading screen with the kanto starter evolutions and the bird trio then the whole thing turns itself off. 

 

Things ive done to try help this is go to the installer and click "repair" which has done nothing. 

Uninstall and reinstall with the installer and nothing has worked. 

Uninstalled the installer and reinstalled to make sure I had the latest one and same issue proceeded. 

Ran the Exe refresher and still nothing. 

 

I was able to open the game a week ago on my PC but now it just wont open anymore and it always turns off on the same screen.
