How do you move from Expanded to Standard?

I am trying to figure out how I would move to standard since I am on a budget and I can't afford the good decks.

 

in other words, what are some of the best budget decks in Standard.

 

this should be under Deck Construction.

At least when I last time checked the prices, weezing seems to be the most budget friendly deck. It seems to be pretty consistent to get 2 weezings+2 koffings for 1 pack and even the most expensive cards in the deck cost around pack or two.

I think Granbull is still playable, though it's fallen out of favor.  Muk & Alolan muk, quagsire, and Hoopa/Regigigas are also possibilities.  However, I think none of these are quite so powerful as Weezing.
