[GAME] Energy Recycle System

Energy Recycle System (Celestial Storm, 128) has serious latency issues. When you select the option to shuffle 3 cards back into your deck, there is often a delay of 5 - 10 seconds, sometimes more. Not sure what the root cause is, but this is something the devs should definitely look into. This has happened multiple times and I do not experience lag or latency issues with any other card or during game play.
