utterly broken standard deck

So I've been considering the format post rotation and I came up with a deck that counters the entire format!

Total Cards - 60

 

This straight up WINS against GX and tag-team GX decks due to Sigilyph GX's ability to damage a GX that attacks it.  With the CRAZY support psychic types can have like Malamar, this deck can set up VERY quickly. (Also we're in a format with no gusting.)  Can you find a legitimate counter to this deck? I looked real hard at the post rotation format and I couldn't find ANY counters to this deck.  If you find a legitimate counter to this deck, let me know and I will ****** own shoe!

It's rather bold to think you've "countered the entire format," but this does seem like a good deck idea.  With Sigilyph's weakness to Electric, which is very popular lately, you might be surprised by a speedy Zapdos/Jirachi (or one of the variants).  Heck, even without the weakness, I think they'll give you a run for your money.

 

You will wash your shoe first, right?

-zapdos is still knocking out inkays/malamars and isn't too bothered about sigilyph-gxes. 

-I don't see how this is countering weezing spread, your malamars again are getting knocked out quite easily.

-zoroark has muk to make sigilyph's ability useless, knocks out giratinas with one attack and resists psychic. On top of that dewgong is once again threatening mallies.

-it has nothing to stop zalazzle hand

-Melmetalregi stall has no problems dealing with whatever you throw at it

just to name a few. Also many decks can get around sigilyph quite easily by dropping powerplant. I also see that having 15 energies and lacking other search cards than treasure in malamar based build could potentially cause some heavy clogging.

Without going in deep I'll say you want staples as Rescue stretcher, Field blower and Guzma no matter the deck. Of course the number and if they work better or worse, needs in deep analysis first but...

dude i said the POST ROTATION FORMAT! we won't have that stuff post rotation! we won't even have ultra ball or nest ball! not even tapu lele or choice band!!!!

 

Psychic types WILL be the best type in the format post rotation because they have mysterious treasure to search out pokemon, spell tag to deal more damage, malamar to accelerate energy, and no other decks post rotation will be consistent! also do you even know what sigilyph gx does?

Psychic types will be one of the best types but arguably not the best. A new card called Cherish Ball is coming out in August, which lets you search your deck for any GX and put it in your hand for free, and not to mention other things Like Net Ball, Electromagnetic Radar, Elm, etc..

Spell Tag isn’t one of the main reasons Psychic is good. And Malamar is unarguably a good card, I’ll give you that. Saying no other decks will be consistent post rotation is very untrue. I believe @Chasista knows what Sigilyph GX does, but dominant Pokémon like PikaRom and ReshiZard have more HP. This is potentially a good deck, but I dont’t believe that this is the perfect meta counter you make it out to be,

True, but you didn't put that in the thread title.  If it said "utterly broken 2020 standard deck" it would have helped.

All it takes is glossing over "post rotation" to get in the wrong mindset.  Perhaps I'm being too forgiving, but that is exactly what I did, thankfully seeing later responses that I'd goofed.^^'

 

There's also the dangers of hyperbole.  I mean, it kind of reads like a challenge; if we can even prove it is just "regular" broken, you're wrong. XD
