[GENERAL] Game Crashing on Collection screen

Hi,

 

The game crashes on the collection screen before loading any cards to view. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but no joy. Not sure how to open a ticket about this either (of if i'm actually doing so with this post). went to support.pokemon and provided a dxdiag file along with a description of my issue. Any advise would be appreciated

That's good to know you've submitted a support ticket, just hang tight. Tickets are answered in the order they are received.
