incoherent card text?

Hello, I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I did not find it better place to post this.

This card:

I'm Brazilian so it's in Portuguese. I will spare the translation work for you.

 

The text says "Swap your opponent's active pokemon for one of his or her pokemons."

 

But when I use this card, I also play a coin and if face it up really apply the effect of it and if it gives the crown, no.
The question is: Is the text translated incorrectly? Or is the effect of the letter not being respected?
It does not say anything about playing coins and even then I have to play.
