Landorus' (Unbroken Bonds 103) Linear Attack hits weaknesses on benched pokemon even though the text on the card specifically states "Don't apply weaknesses and Resistance for Benched Pokemon."

Sometimes there are other factors that can lead to hit for weakness in bench. e.g. Wide Lens ROS 95.

 

Can be a stadium or ability allowing to hit weakness in bench, you need to tell more information to know if a bug or not.
