[GENERAL] Can't scroll/search thru cards without crashing

Hello,

 

I can't search or even scroll thru my card lists.  It crashes every time.  I have tried reinstalling the game and nothing.  Right now I can't even build a deck.

 

I am on Windows 10 Home Edition.
