Black Market Prism Star Only Works Sometimes

There doesn't seem to be a reason or trigger for it not working this time. This is actually a separate bug report than the last one I posted earlier. 

My last bug report is that it doesn't work on benched Pokemon, which is true completely. Every time my Darkness Type Benched Pokemon that have Darkness Energy attached to them are knocked out by damage from an opponents attack, Black Market Prism Star doesn't do anything to prevent them from taking a prize card. 

This is a different bug report however. 

My active Pokemon was Lost Thunder Umbreon and it had a Darkness Type Energy attached to it, and I was knocked out by a Buzzwole from Forbidden Light. I had Black Market in play still. After being knocked out, my opponent still got to take a prize card, even though all conditions for Black Market were checked. This seems to be a random occurrence, as most of the time Black Market works fine when my Active Darkness Pokemon with Darkness Energy attached are knocked out. The Game log posted below.
