Naganadel / Quagsire / Ninetales Alola deck: help

This is the deck i'm actually running on ptcg online. I have a lot of fun playing with it, but sometimes i simply have no chances against other decks. My strategy is to start "second" every time i can, so i can use vulpix beacon move and set up Naganadel and Quagsire  as soon as i can. 
Do you have any advice? Cards to put in, to put out, ... Thanks!
