[CARD] Aqua Patch Bug?

Don't know if this is considered a bug or a hack but here's what happened.

 

So a couple days ago I was in a game with a player using a water deck (as I was also using a water deck) and he was able to use an Aqua Patch to attach a Splash Energy (Not a basic Water Energy) back onto his Pokemon. It was the only energy in his discard pile as I had just used an Enhanced Hammer the turn before to knock it off.  As many of you know Aqua Patches can only attach basic energy not special energy from your discard pile. I thought maybe the rules changed so I tried using an aqua patch the next game to do the same with no luck because the only option was to retrieve a basic water energy. Then I tried a couple games later when I only had a Splash Energy in my discard and the option to use my aqua patch wasn't available. Like I could not even pick up the Aqua Patch from my hand to lay it down.

 

So was that a bug or could that user (which I dont remember his name honestly) have been hacking?

Thank you for taking the time to report this possible bug.

 

Do you by chance have the game log? A game log would be very useful in this case to help us to investigate this further. 

 

There are two ways to Obtain Game Log:

 

1. During the Game: On the section where the Game Chat is, there is a tab for the Game Log. At the bottom is a button to export the log.

2. After the Game: On the summary screen, there is a button that will allow you to export the log.

 

Once you have it, I believe that it's best to send a game log to our Support Team. You can find the link to the support portal in my signature.  

 

Also, I'm editing the title to make it more descriptive.

Sorry I do not have a game log as when I finish a match I quickly head for the next.

 

Now I wish there was an option to watch replays like some other games have or even to download a replay or just an option to pull up old game logs. ?
